Localised Structural Survey

This is an inspection geared to dealing with specific issues and problems relating to a building. The inspection and ensuing report are therefore focussed on identifying the cause whilst advising on a suitable course of action to be taken.

Such a survey could accommodate verification of a specific type of asbestos content to part of the building, damp issues to a particular locality of the building, a single element of structural failure or service issues.
