The RICS Homebuyer Report replaces the RICS Homebuyers Survey and Valuation. Abode Surveyors have made the decision to introduce the new format ahead of schedule as we feel the new report offers significant advantages over the old service.

We feel that this will offer clearer parameters to the customer and make‚ what is a very simple and concise report easier to understand for the layman.

The new format also makes it easier to highlight action points for both the client and their legal advisors.

Other benefits include the provision of an Energy Performance Rating and the facility to email the report directly to the clients ensuring a fast turn around.

We have not increased our prices for the new Homebuyer Reports and our fees are generally lower than many of the lenders. Our service continues to be professional and efficient and we endeavour to provide the report within 3 working days of seeing the property
