Abode Surveyors is based in Essex and much of our work is in Essex and East Anglia, although we can travel further. Our extensive experience covers residential and commercial property and we deal with all types of buildings, old and new.

We can advise on a range of professional property matters from building surveys to homebuyer reports, expertise on dilapidations, schedules of condition and building pathology. Our other services include rating, valuations, appeals, party wall matters and planning applications.

Our surveyors are qualified members of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) so you can be confident that the advice you get will be the highest and most professional standard possible. Our team is headed by David Bush, who has extensive experience in all the services we offer. He has been operating in Essex for over 25 years and has a specific interest in handling listed and unusual buildings.

Our aim for the future is to continue the growth of our company to serve private and commercial clients and build on our existing strength of professional, friendly and personal services.
